  • I had a wonderful experience at Hot Rod today. The store is very clean and relaxing and the staff are very helpful and personable. They give very detailed instructions on how to care for the piercings and explain many scenarios of what to do if you run into a problem. My piercer's name was Jerry. He was very knowledgable and professional. He talked me through every step of the process, no surprises or accidents. He was a wizard too, he almost read my mind on exactly where I wanted my two piercings in my right cartilage. I was also incredibly surprised at how little pain I felt. It was over before I could even exhale and all of my anxiety about the pain flew out the window. I am not the most experienced in getting piercings, but I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.
