I was so disappointed with the horrible customer service that I received at The Stock Shop last week. I used to come here years ago as I had my Siberian Huskies on a very nutritious diet that only the Stock Shop carried. I always had excellent customer service, so it was so sad to me that twice last week I was treated so rudely by the employees. They acted as though I was interfering with the training that one of the young women was giving. They made very little eye contact and basically just shoved my purchase at me without even a thank you or smile. I was given incorrect information about the product and when I returned it unopened, 1 day later) I was accused of breaking the seal, which I absolutely had not. I was mislead about the product, I was told that the company did not carry the product that I asked for, when I got home and looked it up on the internet, I realized that they did in fact make the product I asked for. When I returned it the very next day, again, untouched/unopened, not one person apologized, instead I was accused of opening the product. Absolutely shocking. Perhaps the training the owners need to do with their young employees should be customer service training!!! I will never go back.
