  • Bought a Groupon to try it out. Went with my wife and we both loved it. I signed up the very first day for an annual membership . The classes are high energy, addictive, loud and positive. It's a great outlet for anyone who wants to get out of the monotony of daily life. Very warm and friendly trainers and staff. They all take a keen interest in helping you and guiding you through the routines. Jenni was our trainer and she was really nice. She helped us through the first few classes till we were comfortable. You can take it at your own pace or you can push it to the limit . It's all up to you. This is the best New Years gift you can ever give yourself. I hate the gym and working out on the treadmill and elliptical, but this is great and it's fun too. I love kickboxing and I'm sure you will too once you visit this place. It's awesome. By the way they even give you free gloves when you sign up. This place is awesome!!!!!!! Five Stars.
