  • They quoted me $180 for a headlight, telling me it was so high bc they had to remove the bumper. I looked into replacing it myself and found that you do NOT have to remove the bumper, you do not even need to remove the headlight. It's literally a 15 min job with a $15 part. Now I regret getting anything done, analyzing the visit, I was NOT going to get alignment only tire rotation, they called me and told me I not only needed alignment but a balance too which was another 100 or so, I agreed to alignment. Realizing now that was probably a sales tactic to get me to agree to the alignment. I'm infuriated and will be contacting Toyota on a corporate level as well as reporting this to bbb. I called the service manager 2 x. And no call back. On another visit they over filled my oil, I got a block away and my car was smoking A LOT. They fixed it but didn't even refund my service or give me a discount on my next one.
