  • Frustrating experience. I won't go into detail as it would take way too much time. I will instead provide "bullet" information: 1. Overpriced - one can do better at smaller places in the area 2. Expensive garage parking - frustrating - not well marked. Payment kiosks are difficult to find and to use 3. Beware of billing errors made by the Front Desk and their automated billing system. Make sure you review your bill for "duplicated" items (oh, we're so so sorry about that) 4. The hotel's infrastructure is GROSS. I didn't want to touch anything in the common areas. The carpets "crunch" underfoot they're so dirty and encrusted with dirt 5. The room was always dusty and for no apparent reason. I came to the conclusion that the vaccum cleaner's filter/bag must have been torn or something. One can do far better than this "old" and "funky" hotel. I will not stay there again.
