Called twice this morning hoping to get a quotation for a laptop repair. The initial answering of the phone is always quick, however both times I was transferred to the service department, I was on hold for about 5 minutes (silly me for waiting that long) and no one in service ever picked up my call.
It's worse that while on hold, there's no music or beeping or any message playing to confirm that you're indeed still on the line. It's just dead silence which makes the whole perma-hold experience even worse while I'm wondering if anyone even knows still on hold.
The second time I called I explained I didn't even know if anyone knew I was on hold or not and they just said "ok I'll transfer you" without acknowledging anything I said. Same thing happened. Horrible phone customer service.
