  • I brought two of my kids here on the weekend to check out the place. The 747 consists of three buildings near Airport Road and Steeles in Brampton. I didn't note the building numbers. I will refer to the one closest to Steeles Ave as building one, and the furthest as building three, leaving the middle one as building two. Building one was the best of the lot. We toured this one last. It was newest and the shops were in the best condition with displays in good condition. The main object of this whole trip was to visit booth #231 "Hello Keithy" a hello kitty store. Sadly the shop was closed and there was a warning from management on the door. This building also had the best variety of shops. There were a decent number of jewellry shops, movie shops, clothing and things in between. This one also had a more defined food court, and I'll comment on Neal's Roti and Doubles in a separate review. The second building was the worst. It had the most vacant shops. My girls didn't want to stay in it too long. The youngest was complaining that it smelt too much like indian food. Yes there was a variety of shops, and some decent food options. The third in my opinion was the mid point of the place. There were more toy shops, and still a lot of indian staples, and not as much restaurant locations. I wasn't too thrilled with the fruit and veggie vendor outside. A lot of his cantaloupes were going bad right in front of our eyes. There was a lot of carribean music and mix discs available, and a lot of movies. Reuben the ice cream man was quite helpful for us, and made a slushie that my daughter enjoyed and called "the yummiest slushie today" (her words) Would we go back? Yes, but its really a limited experience. In my case I'd be stocking up on doubles, incense, and perhaps some island mix tapes
