I was finally able to try Enrico's out for lunch. It was a warm summer day and it was pretty hot and humid inside, but what can you expect with a hot pizza oven inside the restaurant. They serve wine! I ordered the sweet wine, which wasn't very sweet and was served warm. The pizza I chose to get was quattro formaggio. The dough was chewy and not crispy, which was fine. I think the cheese weighed down the crust because there was a lot of grease on that pizza. The gorgonzola used on the pizza was a bit on the sweeter side and was delicious. I think next time I will try the pasta. Oh and make sure to stop inside and get dessert. So many delicious flavors of biscotti and other sweet treats.
