heavenly would be an understatement.
we waited about 45 minutes in line on sunday at around 1:00 i think. to my surprise, it was cheaper than the wynn buffet (another one of my favourites), but i think the quality was about the same. there are different things i liked about each buffet!
the best part of this buffet is that most of the dishes are pre-portioned out for you. i think this helped me try more items of food, which i think is one of the best parts of going to a buffet. it forced me to actually think about what i wanted to try... because i normally would probably get ten pounds of mac and cheese and then forget the rest.
i wish i could list all my favourite dishes, but i just can't remember what they were exactly... unless you wnt me to say "salmon" "mac and cheese" "sushi"... they were obviously more specific and unique than that, but... i just can't remember :(
desserts were whatevs. wynn definitely still has the best gelato, and the paris buffet absolutely has the best desserts in general. there were a lot of pre-ordered desserts in those small plastic cups that a lot of the buffets have.
