  • This was our first time using the services for Zerorez. From contacting them online, to the verification of our appointment and the customer service received by their offices, I was impressed. Booking and confirming services were easy to navigate and efficient. However, it was the technician, Trey Rogers that impressed us most. Trey was informative, helpful, did not "oversell" to increase invoice costs. He arrived on-time, carefully reviewed how different stains require different services to give us the best possible outcome. Highly personable, knowledgeable, and skilled, Trey Rogers will be the reason we return to Zerorez for future carpet cleaning needs.
