  • Horrible, horrible horrible!!! Beware! I made not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 different appointment times with Rob. He always had an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. His truck broke down twice, he got sick, he didn't have his phone charger to call me EVER! I was waiting at home with my furniture rearranged for a carpet cleaning and he never showed up. He wasted so much of my time, it isn't even funny. Absolutely horrible customer service! Do not waste your time making appts. With him. You will be stuck at home waiting for him to show and he just won't. Since this ridiculousness, I have contacted steamers carpet cleaning and they did an excellent job!
