  • Went to apply for a house but was sent the completely wrong link, texted the realtor she got back to me hours later telling me the property was rented out that morning but by then we had already applied through the website and our application wasn't processed. So since it didn't go through I called and asked if we could have our money back which I was told yes since nothing was actually done with our application. That was back at the beginning of February. I called and was told I had to wait til their broker was done filing the property taxes and then at least 3 times after that all saying they will get back to me. Now it's June and somehow this company still can not mail out a $45 check. I've even left a voice message to the owner and heard nothing. I'm actually glad we didn't get in the house we went for now. Completely unprofessional(realtor was in gym clothes when doing a mass showing of this house). I was hoping things could be done and over with but apparently not. Next step is to show up and demand it or take them to small claims court. Stay away is my advice and I've never gave a bad review in my life.
