I'm updating my review. Apparently Amy & Ken no longer own this business as of recently & the service has notably decreased already. The last 2 times I've been in the nail techs say nothing while doing your nails, their not friendly & it's to everyone, it wasn't just me, no one was talking to any if the customers. The guy who did my nails the other day you would have thought he was in a race to get them done with as fast as he was doing them. One already broke & so I went back today to get it fixed and he fixed it all while on his cell phone talking to someone almost the entire time, it was just rude. Get off your phone & focus on your customer. You can just sense a difference in the atmosphere & when I found out Amy & Ken no longer own the business I knew why the difference. I'll be going back to the 2 locations I know they own where the service is warm, welcoming & inviting.
