| - If you do one thing today, read my review.
Couple years ago, I took my mother for a pair of shoes at the walking company at the forum shops. We had worked all day setting up at the convention center show and my sweet mother's feet were hurting. We went in, it was a bit busy. My mother asked to try a specific shoe on in two different colors and one looked at one other pair. We were ready to check out, and this male worker snatched the shoe when we said we wanted this shoe, and my mom was putting a shoe back in the wrong place and this guy said " NO! GIVE ME THAT" . Me and my mom just looked at each other, my mom is the type of person that will let anyone walk over her because she is too nice. I then asked him "sir, you are being rude, im not sure why" , and he said "well you just come here and START TRYING ON SHOES AND MAKE A MESS" and I said "excuse me? we tried on two pairs of shoes and this is a shoe store, there are people trying shoes on everywhere..." he said "OKAY SHUT UP ! DO YOU WANT TO BUY THE SHOES OR NOT! " (I swear on my dogs life he said this, i am a nursing student , i can vouch for my honesty that he said this and that my mother and i did nothing to deserve this treatment)
I was so angry i tossed the shoe and yelled so much and walked out.
Behind us, a group of asian family walked out and told us "we heard everything and couldn't stand the thought of buying shoes where a worker was so racist and horrible towards you."
If you believe in manners, If you believe in people respecting your elderly, your loved ones, and not degrading you undeservingly, take it from me-- do not shop at this location.

Y'all -- we cried on the way back to the hotel MY MOTHER CRIED AND SHE NEVER CRIES. WE CRIED IN THE TAXI AND DID NOT TALK FOR THE ENTIRE NIGHT.
Ive never felt so worthless in my life at a shoe store.
I called the manager, the superviser , they told me i can fill out a form, my boyfriend at the time called , no one cared.
If you believe in anything, please believe me when i say that you should not EVER support a company that can have this type of behavior.
this was a few years ago and I can actually write this now, because i am still so hurt .
