  • I have a super stubborn dog (Australian Cattle Dog Mix) who is also reactive towards other dogs. Someone recommended Off Leash K9 to me for getting my dog to be better about following basic commands and for helping with her interactions with other dogs. Willie and David worked with my dog Prunella for 2 weeks in mid Feb. 2018, and sent me videos of her progress. I was amazed to see her being around other dogs without any snarling, lunging, etc. about 5-6 days into her training. I didn't think she would get to that point so quickly, so that was wonderful to see and made me very happy. David was her primary trainer and the one she stayed with. He is very patient and clearly loves working with dogs, so I definitely recommend him as a dog trainer. When I picked up Prunella, David and Willie were both there and spent about an hour and 15 minutes going over everything on how to work with her daily, gave tips, and encouraged me to keep with her training and correcting her when she doesn't listen. David also checked in with me several weeks after I picked her up to make sure things are still on track. Prunella is still really stubborn because that's her just her personality, but the training tools and recommendations from Off Leash have really helped her in the outside world, especially around other dogs. I would recommend them, though my feedback to them is to make sure the Off Leash team provide video links in real time because we owners are anxious to see how our dogs are doing while they're away from us.
