  • Kudos to Laura Millar the new manager at Urban Outfitters! You not only exceeded our expectations for customer services but you're really cool too! On Saturday we had a plan to box up a Crosley turntable that my son had got for Christmas. He hadn't used it in months because he thought it was wrecking his records. So we called the store to see what our options were and she said, "Bring it in". So we drove form out of Calgary to Chinook Mall hoping that things might work out. Well they did. Our son was able to get another name brand turntable instead of returning the Crosely to the factory by mail. Thank you, thank you Laura. You rock! And ps welcome to the friendly city of Calgary :-)
