  • I came here on two separate occasions and it was the same lackluster experience by different baristas/cashiers. Firstly I asked about one of the reserve coffees. I simply asked what it's like and I was told 'I dunno, I can ask somebody.' She then proceeded to tell me she likes regular coffee and that's it. I responded with a don't worry about it and ordered another coffee drink. Round two: So earlier in the night I visited this Starbuck's. I placed my order within 30 minutes of closing time. I walk to the pick up area and 8 minutes goes by and I notice the barista making drinks out of order. My drink is simple. It was a grande Clover coffee hot. So I look at him and he apologizes for not remembering to make mine with the cup sitting on the bar for what is now 10 plus minutes. All during this time, he reminds the customers in store at least twice by checking on his phone first and then announcing that the store will be closing soon. He didn't look stressed. I've seen stressed. Like when Starbuck's runs the frappe specials. He just didn't seem to care to keep the orders going. He was already ready to hang up his apron for the night.
