  • I left my car to be repaired on Monday. They got me coffee , called Hertz to pick me up - explained process. I got daily updates with estimated completion dates. Car was ready ahead of schedule. Mike and Nicki were totally awesome. They had such great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. I don't recall the lady's name who worked the front desk- but she was also very friendly and professional. My car looks great - and I would highly r commend Caliber on S Priest as your preferred car repair shop
