  • The Broadway Burger Bar & Grill is an outstanding addition to New York New York. I had the Southwestern Burger my first night at the hotel and I loved it so much I came back a couple of times. The burger was cooked to perfection, medium-well but incredibly juicy and flavorful. Topped with cotija cheese, jalapeno bacon and tortilla strips, it is now officially the burger of my dreams. The garlic fries are outstanding. They have a lot of unique burgers on the menu but you can also just get a plain-Jane cheeseburger if you want. Service was good on all my visits. I cannot wait to return to Las Vegas just so I can have another one of these burgers.
