  • This dealership gave me the worst customer service I have ever had during a car buying experience, which probably deserves some kind of medal. We waited for over 3 hours before they even took us back to financing. When I repeatedly stated what I wanted and the price that was agreed upon, the financing person did not listen and kept pushing additional packages that I had to repeatedly decline. When we finally signed they told us the car would be read in 3 days. We called the next day to be told that the car wouldn't be ready for 4 more days, and they offered is a rental car to fill our transportation needs in the meantime. We showed up the next day to pick up the rental and no one at the dealership or the rental company had any record of a reservation. At this point we have been waiting for 2 hours to get some kind of loaner vehicle and after being given the runaround we are ready to walk away from the deal entirely. With all the disorganization i've witnessed and the total lack of care for their customers, I don't have any faith that the car will be ready in time or even be the right vehicle. Don't come here if you have any other options. Edit: the vehicle was eventually delivered and seems to be in good working condition. As part of an offer to receive 5 free oil changes, Midway Nissan has requested that I revise this review to include that information.
