  • FANTASTIC EVENT! It was my first time doing macrame and I fell in love! Very therapeutic activity. I think I can do this for hours to calm days when I feel like I need to concentrate and calm my anxiety. I absolutely have to thank the staff there especially a shout out goes to Irene! She's sooo nice to make the perfect piece for me and she even stayed late to make it happen. I've never met such a patient and down to earth owner like Irene. She really is very passionate for her work and her studio...soon two studios! Darcy was also very helpful at the beginning and at the end teaching me how to start the twisting and turning of the strings and then helping me add the final piece that went in front of the piece I had created during the class. I can't wait to go back to try some other workshops to see what else I am capable of making! And most of all, thanks to Lauren and Yelp for organizing this event. It's nice to have some hands on events to change things up! Lauren, you were also a very patient trooper for staying till the very end, thanks for being so patient!!
