Updating it here: I went to the new Levin's store in Avon. Unlike the complaints above, we didn't experience a pushy sales person at all. She approached us as we walked in and I was apprehensive to talk to her, but she was telling us important info that we needed to know. I know it's annoying to feel bombarded, but if you give them a chance they're just trying to make your experience easier. It's a hugeeee store so it's important to listen because they're just helping. She said the important stuff and then said "I'll check back in". It was the perfectly appropriate amount of time. She was knowledgeable on the couch. We purchased a lighter mocha colored couch and she suggested the insurance. She even said- I wouldn't necessarily say you need it if you had a darker color, but this is a great option, and if you don't use it in 5 years, you get it back in a gift card to use for a future purchase. What a great deal! It is all encompassing too. Bodily fluids, tears, fabric, stains, urine etc. I thought the selection was great and had a very pleasant experience. Can't wait to get my couch in Friday! If any of my experiences changes, I'll be sure to update! But so far so good!
Edit: also, I don't think anything looked cheap. You have to remember it's a show room. Kids jump up and down on this furniture! It gets abused. That's why they don't sell you showroom couches lol! Also, if the couch looked like it was holding up nicely, must be quality!
