I went to Sally's on W. Tropical Pkwy looking for one item. When I first walked in the store there was no one working behind the counter. There was a young lady that was working there who was stocking an end cap. She, however, did not acknowledge my existence. I asked her if someone was working the cash register. Her reply, "oh me, what do you want?" I told her what I needed. She said, "we don't have any", and she walked away to continue stocking the end-cap. At this time, another lady who works there comes up to the counter. She told me that I look familiar. I had to ask her when will they receive the item I was looking for. She laughed and said we will get one on Friday. I asked her why only one? She said, "that's the way it is." Hopefully, they can improve the customer service!
