  • Two weeks ago we went shopping for a UTV ended up at Moto city because of the great remarks on Yelp. BIG MISTAKE We have no issues with the Artic Cat we purchased but the sales team and owner , floor manager blew us off once they got there cash. They sold a 2016 cat with two defected fenders and a damaged Door decal. We called one week in advance and set up a 100 mile warranty valve and oil change. At that time they said they would replace fenders, decal and install a half windshield. The manager said they had all parts in stock. We drive from Yuma were we live we wait on the four hour work to be done. We are on our way to Moab to meet up with friends. Prior to this we traded a 2000 GoldWing that we had just serviced excellent ride. We paid $5500 eight months earlier for Honda they gave us $1500. The floor manager rode the Gold wing said it ran out perfect great ride nice black bike had every option. We go in to pick up the cat next day after purchase they meet us with the news that the Wing was leaking oil, blowing smoke and running on one cylinder, we were devastated to think they thought we would try to pull a fast one. We both new in our hearts that someone had dropped the 900lb bike and couldn't pick it up before running oil into the carbs. We were sick about it ready to make it right but new it just couldn't be. When we went back to have the 100 mile service the mechanic said the Wing road like a dream and several of the guys wanted to purchase it for themselves.the carbs had oil in them. Hmmmm We pick the cat up to head north , the windshield is not installed one fender is fixed the other is not the decal has not been replaced. They guaranteed they had all the parts available . We asked for a manual we have no idea of where any thing is on the cat. No manual. The real kicker is they charged us $490 for a warranty job. We put a call into Wade the owner and talk about the issues he says I'll look into it and I'll call you back. No call back. When my husband came into to pick up the cat after the service the floor manager and owner disappeared so fast. They treated us unprofessionally and Did not hold true to there promises . We love the cat but go somewhere else to purchase you won't be sold a new unit with damaged parts. We are hoping they make good on their promises and would like to believe this is not their usual policy of how they treat their customers. Dan and Candace Garl
