Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my apple products. What I did not enjoy was the way I was treated by other apple users. I do not claim to be an expert or tech savvy at all, hence why I needed help with the Genius Bar. I set an appointment up for 3:30. Got there on time and some guy showed me where to sit. He and another guy were chatting, standing nonchalantly with their arms crossed while I waited. 15 minutes later I finally saw someone. He was such a snob. He acted like I was an idiot for not knowing the problem with linking my google account to the mail application on my MacBook. It was like I was wasting his precious time-- he even checked his watch. And then I asked about the iCloud and how it worked, he was very short with his response. I still don't even know what a cloud does. I was so irritated. I only took up maybe 2 minutes of his time... If he doesn't want to help others with their tech problems, maybe he shouldn't have a job that requires to help people unfamiliar with Mac products. After he was done "helping", he walked by the guy who sat me (still arms crossed) and told him all about my insignificant problem. He scoffed. I'm never going back to that store again-- these guys are the reason why other people hate Mac users.
