  • I hate to bad review this place but I feel I owe it to the universe!!! While I had pleasant experiences with the staff, I have NEVER had items returned to me for insufficient postage from any outlet I have ever used in 30+ years of adulthood. Yet I managed to have this experience with PostalMax twice! Yes 2x my mail was returned to me after paying a premium for them to get it right, twice!!! Better yet, the mail I was attempting to send???? An amendment to my AZ taxes! Thanks a lot, not good. You need a much better, more accurate and reliable system.
