  • Well, not unlike other reviewers, I haven't had the best experience with them. I bought a laser hair removal package and booked my first appointment over the phone. They had asked if it was my first time and I said yes. Never having had laser removal before, I didn't know you were supposed to shave first, anyways, as you can imagine, standing in their tiny unprofessional bathroom with 1 leg propped up on the sink does not make me feel great. I should have come back another time instead, but it's too late now. My first treatment went well and wasn't too painful. Afterwards I got a free threading which I was very pleased with. My next 2 visits were awful. The receptionist was the one doing the laser and it seemed to hurt more, and my results weren't noticeable after a couple weeks like they had been the first time. Seems like they are missing some of the skill, staff, and expertise needed to be an effective salon.
