  • After reading all of the wonderful reviews, my daughter and I were looking forward to getting our nails done during our trip to Charlotte. We called to make reservations since we were going to be on a tight schedule. We both called and emailed several times and received no reply. Finally, I got through to someone over the phone. I requested a reservation for Friday morning and was told that they do not take walk-ins on Fridays and Saturdays. Therefore, as soon as we arrived in Charlotte, we immediately walked the 5 blocks from our hotel to the Nail Salon, only to be turned away. We arrived at about 10:30 am and was told to come back at noon because there was a group already there (not sure if it was a bridal party or something like that). Anyway, since we were limited on time could not return at noon we set out to find another Nail salon. I would have loved to experience J'Adore. I am extremely disappointed that we were turned away after trying desperately to make a reservation and then experiencing no reply to emails and voicemails.
