  • First of all, when I made reservations and asked WHERE in Scottsdale Quarter are you located, the sales staff said they did not know. When we called later that evening, we said we were on the south end of Scottsdale Quarter near such-n-such store, where are you in relation to that, the second clerk did not know. When we finally got there, all three in the front hostess station said they only know they are located in Scottsdale Quarter, Very knowledgeable staff -not. Secondly, the atmosphere was like a giant Olive Garden, and the food mediocre at best. My friend and I made a mental note to never return. Doesn't matter because they won't be in business very long, at least in North Scottsdale where there is a ton of competition.
