I bought a Groupon and was so excited to use their services since Groupon has never let me down so far. Dealing with the staff to get an appointment was astonishing! I felt like instead of being a customer that they service, that I was a giant inconvenience to them. Basic customer service: 1) Be nice. 2) Don't use the phrase "Well you need to understand" with a customer. Such rude service that I returned the Groupon.
