I'm a BIG Starbucks fan and go to multiple locations weekly. This has to be the worse I've ever seen in terms of customer service.
Guy who looked like the manager is too busy talking on his headset and taking out the trash to help customers who aren't getting serviced.
Ordered the egg bites on the mobile app and asked twice if they were ready and it was like it was a real inconvenience to answer me. They said they'd be ready soon but I could see the oven was not in use and they were probably sitting at the drive through window.
After 3 short rude replies they finally figured it out and grabbed them for us.
The guy seems like he's running around like a chicken with his head cut off, but he doesn't get the main objective of a service business like this which is :
Put the CUSTOMERS first!!!!!
