  • Drew is very knowledgable and staff very friendly. I did have to have my background run to pickup my pistol I had cleaned. A little strange but I understand as there was not a formal procedure established when it was dropped off. Range is by far the best I've ever been to. While at the counter I did notice a man lay down a loaded 1911, no case, which made me a bit uncomfortable. I assumed it had been checked however there was a round in the chamber as I later saw him confronted at another counter, pistol was taken and emptied in the range. Great way to make a point and handle the situation. Range officer came out and said we now have a cleared firearm. Good for him. Unfortunately these folks are everywhere, ideally we could catch them at the door. No question as time passes this range will take over the Matthews area.
