  • BEWARE: UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN IT FOR THE MONEY. I made an appointment here because they are in my insurance's network which my previous provider stopped accepting. I called and explained that I was due for a cleaning and had my insurance fax my eligibility. The dentist/receptionist waited until I was there for my appointment to then accuse me of not letting her know that I had an x-ray last year. She never asked when I spoke to her on the phone. Had they reviewed that information earlier (do their job), I could have had my x-rays sent over. However, she didn't give me that option because she wanted me to pay for new x-rays on the spot. Her attitude about it was very accusatory and rude. Why would I pay out of pocket? They weren't needed and my insurance only covers one every 3 years. I wasted time there and was not able to get a cleaning. Simply because she wanted money to do an x-ray. I'm glad I figured this out before having them get near my mouth. Found a new office who offered to do x-rays complimentary because they actually CARE about the patient.
