The lady that was sitting in the back office was so rude. Of cuz I was your Patient and I also canceled my next appointment too after I had this bad experience. And you guy can refuse to admit that your employee is mean I don't care.
I called the office to find out why I got a bill from this office after two months treatment. The bill show insurance paid $114 and I had to pay an other $64 to the treatment. And the lady from the office said my insurance don't cover the Co-pay, and I said I got 2 insurance it should be cover but she said no. Well, so why do I still need to call you guy back to waste my time to discuss?
They never admited what they did wrong. And telling me I went to the wrong office haha funny. That is the most worst customer service ever.
