I booked an appt online and showed up to get two new tires on the front of my beater car. It's a beater, so I'm not looking to put much $ into it. When i arrived he then informed me that they can only put new tires on the back and put the old back ones on the front. It's company policy is all he would tell my why. He asked if i would like an alignment check and I asked how much it was and he said free, but if they find something wrong it would be another $90. So I ask him if he can call me if they find something wrong before fixing it and he said NO, if they find something they automatically fix it and you are stuck paying for it. WTF kind of service it that? I grabbed my keys back and just left. He asked why I didn't want to get the service done and I told him because I'm the customer and you won't do what I am asking, so forget it. What a bunch of morons.
