  • These guys are AMAZING!! Same day service, very easy to get a hold of and asked detailed informed questions to really get to know our situation. Kevin came out to the house and was on time, courteous and super respectful. We had someone else come to the home earlier and weren't confident with their inspection, seemed rushed and like they were trying to sell products. Kevin literally checked EVERYTHING with special equipment, FREE INSPECTION and told us exactly why he was doing what he was doing and what he was looking for. He took his time, efficient but not rushed and checked every nook and cranny. It turns out we do not have bed bugs, and he was very honest that they only treat when there is an issue and do not take advantage of customers for money! I wish we could use this company for all our extermination's, but they are specialized in only bed bugs. It makes sense tho, this is THEIR THING. If you have or think you may have a bed bug problem- CALL THEM!!!
