  • At age 57, despite rigorous diet and exercise, I could not lose my spare tire. I met with Ali Mosharrafa, MD on multiple recommendations. He and his staff are consummate professionals. I had liposuction a few weeks ago and can already see a dramatic reduction in my waistline. My clothes fit well again. My profile is sleek, and getting sleeker by the day, since it takes about 6 months to see relatively final results. Dr. Mosharrafa's surgical center is superb. Very comfortable and reflects both he and his brother's dedication to perfection. I felt completely at ease, came out of anesthesia easily, and was essentially in no pain. Seriously, I have had root canals that were more uncomfortable than this procedure. A few caveats: Go into the procedure in as good a physical condition as possible. Keep your diet clean. Don't smoke, drink or do anything else to complicate the recovery or compromise your results. This is money well spent. I am thrilled, and it's only been three weeks.
