  • My husband went in happy to take advantage of the great oil change and tire rotation special being offered. This being such a good deal he thought to call ahead and make an appointment that was set for two days later. In spite of the appointment he still waited an hour and a half for the job to be completed. While waiting he met another person who had been waiting 4 hours on service. After bringing our Cadillac escalade home he noticed broken clips for one center hub cap laying on the running board and the chrome original center cap worth 200.00 missing. My husband returned to the shop and made the complaint about the broken and missing part. He was told they have no idea where it is but he could buy a new one for 110.00. After having no choice but to agree they said they would call to set everything up and never did. Damage and possible theft is unacceptable when just getting an oil change and brand new tires rotated!
