  • This office is a joke. It is hard to get any maintenance fixed. They will be happy to collect rent and slow to not fix anything. We have not moved out yet but will make sure they fix everything before we do because we know they will try to blame us for things that were broken when we moved in. Absolutely the worst company. Karla is fake and wont help you pass a smile and nod. The black woman always has an attitude and never wants to hear any issues. The maintenance men do a half ass job and only fix one thing at a time which makes for you having to call and call them back out which is a struggle. We have mold issues and all we are getting the news and lawyers involved as we speak.
