  • Horrible customer service!! I had a man remove my acrylics and made me bleed and 3 different fingers... that has never happened before anywhere! He was rough didn't even apologize or offer some discount for hurting my fingers. The second time I went I ended up with the same man again and while he was doing my nails he started coughing and didn't cover his mouth nor did her face away from my hands!!! It was disgusting this man really coughed on my hands! Then my last try of this place I went to get a polish change on my toes. It was a different young man who did my toes this time, he painted my toes, put on the toe separator thing and left... I didn't see him after that. I was sitting on the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before I asked someone where is the guy who did my toes and they told me he left... what in the world. So unprofessional, they don't care about their customers they just want to make the money and tip off of you. Stay away!!
