I struggled between a one star and two star rating. This, I believe, is my first one star rating on Yelp!
The good: Promptly took my call, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. The tech was very nice, appeared knowledgeable and willing to work with us regarding solutions and price.
The bad: I purchased my home and had Cool Blew out within six months (not during the peak time) to do a tune up / service call and address an issue regarding lack of AC to the back rooms of my house. After the inspection the tech told me that my unit was a 2.5 ton for my 2300 sq. ft. home! He recommended that I replace the smaller unit with a larger 5 ton unit. After a great deal on convincing and asserting that I needed to upgrade, we decided to put it off since the current unit mostly worked.
THANKFULLY WE WAITED. As it turns out, I decided to ship the high price quote provided by this company only to discover that the unit is a 5 ton unit. I finally had a tech review the unit's model number to confirm this! So, I was lied to in an attempt to make a sale. I will not use the tech's name here because the company should be regulating its people. However, I believe the companies goals might be misplaced. That being said, one star because I cannot stand dishonest people!
