  • As with one of the customers on this website, we too got our Jill from this animal shelter in 2002 my son was 11. Jill was the most amazing dog had ever had, she was lab and ridgeback. Beautiful dog. My son grew up and so did Jill. In 2009 after my son graduated HS he went into the Air Force. Without Jill I would have been so sad I missed my son so much. Anyway time marched on Christmas day 2011 my was deployed to Russia for over a year. On April 7, 2012 Jill passed away. I had to tell Ryan somehow. I did.. Until now I have not got another dog but I believe it's time. I will return to the same place I got my Jill.
