Mark Tarbell and his team orchestrated an amazing winemaker dinner featuring the wines of Maison Joseph Drouhin, hosted by Laurent Drouhin. The wines were paired perfectly with creative cuisine artfully plated, thus enhancing the experience of both the food and the elegant wines. Each course was served with precision and impeccable timing. Each wine pored into correct stemware, highly polished. No detail was overlooked. Tarbell's recently celebrated their twentieth anniversary. Dinners like we experienced last night bode well for many more wonderful years of exquisite dining at Tarbell's. Enjoy!
