  • The dumbest, ditziest, most unhelpful employees ever. We were sent to this location to pick up a part. After we drove 45 minutes to this store, we were greeted by the two young ladies working at the front desk. They. Are. Idiots. They told us the parts department closed 15 minutes ago and we were out of luck. They called some guy sitting in an office 6 feet away from their desk, yes seriously, to ask him what to do. I guess he didn't know what to do. So the girl hung up and they blankly stared at us. They didn't apologize or try to come up with a solution. They just ignored us as we stood there waiting for resolution or...anything. Some other airhead came by 3 times in the 5 minutes we were there to ask a question that apparently required both of their full attention. Pretty pissed.
