  • Needed a window reset for a new 40k SUV. Since dealerships loath warranty work, this piece of work service advisor was grumpy, mumbling, and attempted to blame me for the problem I suppose in order to discourage me from going there. After hanging up, I was so glad I didn't take my vehicle there. After the warranty expires, I will be certain never to take my vehicle there or purchase any parts despite the fact it's a few miles from home.
