  • Salesperson Craig was great with the initial transaction, love my new car, however, if you are trading your car in be aware it took them 4 weeks to pay off my trade in. They also owe me $5300 from my trade in and I am now at 6 weeks waiting for it. A call to my sales person 2 weeks ago yielded the "check is in the mail" response, but 2 weeks later it is still not here and an email to him gets no reply.
