made a call to a sprint operator to get my acct. number and the person says , why do you need your acct. number and I needed to be asked such a question. then proceded to give me an acct number three separate times but wasn't mine as I was having to go home and look it up myself to change my service to Verizon and I hear its a tactic used by sprint to keep you and make it hard for you to change over to another carrier. this is not professional tactics or good business so wanted Sprint to know in this review my dislike for your tactics.
