  • I 100% regret renting from this company. Betty Chan is the most unprofessional person I have ever meet. 3 years renting from her and those have been the worst 3 years. We should have known from the beginning not to rent from this women. First we had an appointment with her she was more than an hour late and as soon as she came in she was very blunt and asked very personal questions about our lives. We finally went to sit down and speak about the house we were interested and all she said was to show her the money which was our deposit fee. I wish we would have just walked away right there! But we made the mistake renting the home (which was in terrible condition!) NO one is ever in the office! We were never able to get a hold of her to fix the damages in the house. Only time we would hear from her is when she would ask for money that we some how owed her. She would charge ridiculous fees that would range up to $400 dollars or more. I would email her asking for a reason why she was charging us these fee's and I would never get an explanation only threats to pay the money. 3 years living there none of our requests to fix things were EVER fixed. We now moved out of the house and I received a letter about our deposit fee and we now owe her more than $2000 dollars for damages in the house. WHEN WE RENTED THE HOUSE THOSE DAMAGES WERE ALREADY THERE!!! She left comments in the letter saying she doesn't understand how someone can do this to a house. When we left the house in better condition than we rented the house in the beginning. I can go on and on... Please do not rent from this company!! Save yourselves the trouble.
