  • It seems as though I will be on an infinite search for a quality eye doctor. One who lives to their word on services rendered. So my experience leads to Target Optical on North Power road, and before you make any assumptions, yes I have quality insurance, and no Im not trying to cut corners or save a buck by going to Target for my glasses. I went here because the other clowns, I meant eye doctors in my area suck and are just trying to earn a buck. I even had one recite me laws that didn't exist...hence, I am fluent in A.R.S. and can soundly interpret laws. The visit to this location was fantastic, very nice people up at the front counter, and the eye doctor seem really nice and knowledgeable. No problems there..my complaint is that it has taken close to a month and still no glasses, my other pair are on their last limb as I am a daily user and need them to read. Moreover, a certain staff member their seems to be as frustrated as I am on why the 'lab' has botched my order....and I guess I'll continue to wait around. I'll certainly follow up once my glasses are in hand. UPDATE. This branch of Target Optical followed through with their promise and I am a happy customer.
