| - So in response to you Michelle, let me state the true facts. The Saturday that I "no showed", you were not even working. I was not going to go back to the same person that screwed my hair up in the first place. Also, you were given my times on every single call I made to your business, yet every call you made to me was during my work hours when I am unavailable, which was also said on every call I made. Not one single time did you offer a solution to this matter. You didnt offer a partial refund, a hot oil treatment to try to fix it, you didnt offer a bottle of conditioner! You simply left a voicemail to call you which I did many times. EVERY time I called, you were "with a client, out to lunch, or not in". If you truly had pride in excellent customer service, you would have made SOME attempt in reaching me while I was available. You saying you are open 51 hours a week means nothing if you aren't there for the final say in rectifying a situation. Very poor business ethic.
